Shipping
We ship to 42 states and Washington, DC, but hemp-derived THCA is regulated state by state. This page lists where we cannot deliver, and what happens if you order from one of those states.
States we do not ship to
Checkout will not offer shipping to the following states. This list changes as state law changes. Check it before you order.

Ordering from a restricted state.
If an order reaches us with a shipping address in one of the states above, we will cancel the affected items and issue a full refund to your original payment method, and email you to confirm. We are not able to make exceptions, forward to a second address, or hold the order.
Shipping and delivery
Domestic only
We ship within the continental United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally, to US territories or APO/FPO addresses, or to freight forwarders.
Discreet packaging
Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with tracking. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents.
Adult signature
These products are for adults 21 and over. Someone 21+ must be available to receive the delivery.
Rates
Ground shipping starts at $5.99 and Priority at $11.99, depending on your region. Orders of $99 or more ship free. The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts. Exact rates are shown at checkout, and full terms are in our Shipping Policy.
Know your own state law
The 2018 Farm Bill made hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight federally legal, but it left states free to regulate or prohibit hemp-derived cannabinoids on their own terms. Several have. It remains your responsibility to confirm that these products are legal where you live before placing an order.
We make a good-faith effort to keep this page current, but law and enforcement change quickly. Arcadia is not responsible for seizures, delays or penalties arising from an order shipped to an address where the product is restricted.
