We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Due to varying state and local laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoid products, certain items may not be available for shipment to specific states or jurisdictions. See Where We Ship for the current list.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws before placing an order. By purchasing from Superior Farms LLC, you represent and warrant that:

  • The products you are ordering are legal in your jurisdiction
  • You are of legal age to purchase and receive these products

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or restrict product availability based on your shipping address
  • Cancel any orders that violate applicable laws
  • Refuse or refund orders where we believe shipment is restricted or prohibited

Changing Laws

We make a good faith effort to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations. However, laws change frequently, and Superior Farms LLC is not responsible for any legal issues that may arise, including delays, seizures, or penalties related to your order.

Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled due to shipping restrictions, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund for the affected items.

We do not ship THCA products to: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, or to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
