Return Policy

All purchases made through thearcadiashop.com are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Once a product has shipped, it cannot be returned, whether opened or unopened. This is standard practice for consumable hemp. For customer safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot guarantee the integrity of a consumable product once it has left our facility and re-accept it into inventory.

Orders Cancelled for Shipping Restrictions

If your order is cancelled because we are unable to ship to your state or jurisdiction, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund for the affected items. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping Restrictions. We ship to 42 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship THCA products to: Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, or to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
